Rebel Core is a 45-minute, high-intensity Pilates workout performed on our custom Rebel Core X-Former. Rooted in bodybuilding and physical therapy, classes use resistance springs, a moving carriage, and slow, controlled movement to build strength and control through deep time under tension for a full-body burn.
let’s set you up
Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up and walk you through the X-Former.
Grip socks are required for safety and stability. Forgot yours? We’ve got them available for purchase.
Wear fitted, comfortable workout clothes you can move in, nothing too loose.
Hydrate beforehand and bring a water bottle. You’ll sweat.
Low-impact, high-intensity. Expect slow, controlled movements, deep muscle engagement, and a serious shake.
All levels welcome. Instructors offer clear cues and modifications so you can move at your own pace.
