Rebel Core Class

  • All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund.

  • FOR MONTHLY MEMBERS:
    Classes cancelled less than 8 hours before the scheduled start time are considered a late cancel and will incur a $15 fee. No-shows will incur a $25 fee. This applies to all classes, including paid and complimentary classes.

    FOR MEMBERS USING CLASS PACKS:
    Classes cancelled less than 8 hours before the scheduled start time are considered a late cancel, and the class will be deducted from your package. This applies to all classes, including paid and complimentary classes.

    FOR SEMI-PRIVATE & PRIVATE SESSIONS:
    Private and semi-private sessions require at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel. Sessions cancelled within this window will be charged the full cost of the class.

    All members are eligible for 2 courtesy cancels per calendar year.

  • Yes. Grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

    • Joining the waitlist: When a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.

    • Getting into class: If a spot opens while the auto-fill window is active, you’ll be automatically moved into the class—no action needed. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

    • After the auto-fill window closes: If a spot opens closer to class time, you’ll receive a text with a link to claim it. Spots are first-come, first-served.

    • Your position: Depending on studio settings, you may be able to see your place on the waitlist or the total number of people waiting.

    • Payment: Your selected payment method is automatically used when you’re moved into the class, making booking seamless.

  • Clients may not enter class more than 4 minutes after the scheduled start time. No exceptions.

  • Please refrain from phone and electronic device usage during class.

  • FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS:
    Membership freezes are allowed for up to a maximum of 3 months. After the freeze period ends, your membership will automatically reactivate. Circumstantial exceptions may be made—please email rebelcorenj@gmail.com.

    CANCELING MEMBERSHIPS:
    Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice via email to rebelcorenj@gmail.com. Cancellations during or after a freeze are also subject to 30-day notice.

  • Yes. Classes with less than 20% capacity may be cancelled. Clients will be notified in a timely manner.

  • Yes. Instructors are subject to change without notice.
